4 Simple Ways To Speedup Fat Loss Process

Looking for ways to lose some fats? Well then, you are in right place. However, abs equipment will speed up this process but if for some unseen reason you cannot include equipment’s in your daily routine, these few simple trick will definitely help you trim off some of that belly fats that everyone hates. So here we go:

Amp up your cardio activity

Most people think running/jogging is cardio but they could not be more wrong about it. If I have to define or explain what cardio activity is? My answer will be "any activity that increase your heart rate than your normal heart is called a cardio activity". So by this definition cycling is cardio, swimming is cardio even walking is cardio activity. Increasing these activities in your daily routine will speed up the fat burning process all over your body including your belly. So if you are trying to burn fats make sure you increase your cardio activity in daily life.

Eat the right food

Ask any trainer or doctor about fitness and the first thing that they are going to tell you is eat the right food. Do the exercises in the world, run as much you can but if you are not eating the right food or not eating enough, you find yourself right at the starting point. By eating right food I mean give your body protein after a tiring workout or eat enough carbs so you can complete your daily fitness routine. Don’t be like those who deprive their body from food that is wrong way and by doing so you will not lose fats but the whole weight, which include muscles, bone density etc. So in order to lose fats you have to increase the amount of protein and decrease the intake amount of carbs as they are main source of fats. But keep in mind that you have to decrease carb intake not ignore it fully or you won’t get desired result that is lose belly fats.

 Stay Hydrated

Important part of being healthy and stay healthy is hydrated, drinking water. Some people thinks that decreasing the amount, of water you drink, will help you in fat loss. They are kind of wrong, I say kind of because when your body is facing dehydration your body cell shrinks. And it looks like you have loss fats. But that’s not what is happening with your body, dehydration causes reduction in blood volume which results in reduction in supply of oxygen to our muscles which in turns cause tiredness. And when a body is tired it cannot function properly or do activities, like exercises properly. Furthermore water is important for flushing out toxin from body, calorie burning creates toxin in our bodies and water is one thing that flushes it out! So make sure your body, at home or gym is fully hydrated.

Do strength training

In my previous article I have said that mire muscle you have on your body more calories you will burn. And burning more calories means losing fats. We all know that a pound of muscle burns 6 calories just to sustain its self, so more muscle more calories burn. But how are we going to build more muscle or more to the point how are we going to increase our muscle size. The best way to achieve that goal is strength training. Lets understand what strength training is?

To put out in simple words strength training is a type of physical activity that specialized the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds strength endurance and size of muscles. Bench press, dumbbell press, lat pull down are few examples of simple strength training activities.
